PTFE has an excellent temperature resistance from -196 ℃-260 ℃， in such a wider temperature range , still maintain good mechanical properties . PTFE is hardly corroded by any chemical reagent, such as in concentrated sulfuric acid, Nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, even in boiling aqua regia, it’s weight and performance are unchanged, also almost insoluble in all solvents. It’s one of the best corrosion resistance materials in the world today. PTFE does not absorb moisture, non-flammable, extremely stable to oxygen and UV, so it has excellent weather resistance.
PTFE is widely used in atomic energy, aerospace, electronic, electrical, chemical, machinery, instrument, meter, construction, textile, food and other industrial filtration, it’s a super filtering material in liquid filtration.
